Why doesn’t my username/password work?

Both your username and password need to be entered correctly in order to login to your administartion area. Please remember that both your username and password are case-sensetive. For example the username ‘Bob’ is not recognised as being the same as the username ‘bob’. The most common problems occur when individuals forget to use a capital letter when required or use a capital letter when one is not required (eg: Bob instead of bob). Another common problem is the use of a capital letter o or ‘O’ instead of the number zero or ‘0' in a password. As our initial passwords are randomly generated as a mixture of letters and numbers for your security, they often contain these characters. Please check that you are using the correct digits or 'cut & paste' your password from the email that was sent by YouTheJury to confirm your account and provide your password. It is recommended that new users login as soon as they receive their password and change their password in the administration area to something that is more easily remembered.
