For the 1st Time I traveled Premium econony on Air New Zealand to Los Angeles on the upper deck. It was great. The seat, service & food was much nicer than normal econony. After that I can never go back to poor seating+food and rude service!
Its well worth the extra!...

I must for a change say how good the service and staff are with the AA team. I am semi disabled and they arrange assistance from passenger drop off right through to end of journey to pick-up, always a helpful person to wheelchair or convey me around the airports....

I think BA is the best. I have travelled "Club" with Air France, KLM, Iberia and Lufthansa in Europe. The service and food quality in BA is by far the best. They have NEVER lost my bag although KLM have.
