Warning - We were supposed to have a transfer to and from the airport as part of the fee. There was no one waiting for us after we had collected our bags (they had our return flight details). We tried to call the number given to us to arrange the transfer for over an hour with no response. Eventually we decided to get a taxi to our car. Upon arrival the staff were incredibly rude and then refused to pay for our taxi fare. Shocking.
