I bought a pair of Bailey Button UGGS from this website & after wearing them for a week the stitching on one of the boots started to come undone, I emailed the company & was told I could only return unworn boots despite the fact they were faulty & that a cobbler could carry out the repair for approx £5-get the feeling I wasn't the first person to complain about faulty stitching??? Wouldn't buy from them again & would recomend they are avoided.
